Crunch heavy 3D models into fast, shippable assets.
MeshCrunch simplifies meshes and generates LOD chains, writing the result as OBJ, STL, GLB, PLY or OFF — so your games, web scenes, and XR apps load in a fraction of the time.
One toolkit for the whole 3D pipeline
Purpose-built for optimizing polygon-heavy assets before they reach real-time renderers.
Mesh Simplification
Reduce triangle count with quadric-error decimation while preserving the silhouette. Compare original and optimized side by side, with exact triangle and file-size savings.
Server processed · from 1 processing credit
Open tool →LOD Chains
Turn one high-poly asset into a full level-of-detail ladder in a single request, each level decimated from the original. Download individually or as one ZIP with a manifest.
Server processed · from 1 processing credit per level
Open tool →Watertight Rebuild
Wrap a new closed surface around a model the decimator cannot fix — holes, self-intersections, loose triangles. Much smaller, and it discards materials, textures and UVs.
Server processed · from 1 processing credit
Open tool →Mesh Inspection
Find what is wrong with a model — non-manifold edges, holes, winding, missing UVs — and whether it fits the platform you are shipping to. Exports a one-page QA report.

Open tool →3D File Converter
Convert between OBJ, STL, PLY, OFF and GLB. No account for your first conversion, and your original stays untouched.
Server processed · from 1 processing credit
Open tool →3D Model Viewer
Inspect a model with orbit controls, grid and wireframe, drawn by your own browser. No account required.
Renders in your browser · no credits
Open tool →3D GIF Maker
Turn a model into a rotating GIF or MP4, with presets and a live preview. Rendered on your machine, so it costs no processing allowance.

Upload once
Drag in your model — up to 50 MB per file. It goes straight to private storage and becomes a reusable asset in your library.
Optimize
Simplify it or generate an LOD chain from the same workspace. Processing runs on our servers, so a refresh never loses it.
Come back
Inspect the result, download it, and re-crunch the same source later with different settings. Files are kept 7 days on a free account. Without one they are deleted after 24 hours, unless you sign in — that claims them automatically.
Two ways to use it
The same account, the same allowances, the same jobs. Pick whichever fits how you work — or use both.
Studio
The visual workspace. Upload once, inspect the model, choose an operation, compare the result against the original without the camera moving, and download it. Everything the product does has a control here.
Open Studio →MCP
The agent-facing surface. Connect an AI client such as Claude and ask it to optimize assets already in your account — it can price an operation, run it, and read the result. Available on Starter and Pro plans.
MeshCrunch MCP →Six formats, no surprises
These are the formats we actually parse. Anything else is rejected when you upload it rather than failing halfway through a job.
Your models stay yours.
Five statements, each one describing something the code does today. The security page also lists what we do not have, because that matters just as much.
- You keep ownership of everything you upload.
- We never use your models to train machine-learning models.
- Storage is private — no public URL exists for any file.
- Downloads are signed per click and expire in five minutes.
- You can delete any asset, and it is removed from storage there and then.
